CoreBridge Anti-Spam Policy

CoreBridge Anti-Spam Policy
Updated: July 2026

Our Commitment
CoreBridge, Inc. (“CoreBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. We are committed to ensuring that all email sent from or through the CoreBridgeplatform and the corebridge.net domain complies with applicable law, includingthe U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and with generally accepted email industrystandards. This policy applies to email sent by CoreBridge itself and to emailsent by our customers through the CoreBridge platform.

What We Consider Spam
Spam isunsolicited bulk or commercial email sent to recipients who have not request edit or consented to receive it. This includes, but is not limited to, email sent to purchased, rented, or harvested address lists; email with false or misleading header information or deceptive subject lines; and commercial email that does not identify the sender or provide a working way to opt out.

Email Sent by CoreBridge
When CoreBridge sends email — whether transactional messages such as account notifications, billing, and support communications, or marketing and product announcements —we adhere to the following practices:

• Accurate identification.
Our “From,” “To,” androuting information accurately identifies CoreBridge as the sender, and oursubject lines reflect the content of the message.
• Permission-based marketing.
We send marketing email only to individuals who have an existing business relationship with us or who have opted in to receive it.
• Easy opt-out.
Every commercial email we send includes a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly, and in all cases within ten (10) business days as required by law.
• Physical address.
Every commercial email we send includes our valid physical postal address.
• Authentication.
Our outbound email is authenticated using industry-standard protocols (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) so receiving systems can verify that messages claiming to come from corebridge.net are legitimate.

Email Sent by Our Customers Through CoreBridge
CoreBridge provides business management software that allows our customers to send operational email to their own clients — such as estimates, invoices, order confirmations, proofs, and status notifications.

Customers who use theCoreBridge platform to send email must comply with this policy and with all applicable laws. Specifically, customers may not use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email to recipients who have not consented to receive it or with whom they have no existing business relationship.
• Send email to purchased, rented, borrowed, or harvested mailing lists, or to addresses collected without the recipient’s knowledge and consent.
• Use false or misleading sender information, forged headers, or deceptive subject lines.
• Continue to email a recipient who has opted out or asked to stop receiving messages.
• Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious, including phishing attempts or malware.

Violation of this policy is grounds for suspension or termination of a customer’s access to the CoreBridge platform. We investigate all credible reports of abuse and take appropriate action, up to and including account termination and notification of the relevant authorities.
