CoreBridge API & MCP Access
Last Updated: June 2026
1. How Access Works
One program, one meter. Both the REST API and the MCP server draw from a single monthly pool of request credits tied to your plan. Each API call uses 1 credit; each MCP tool call uses 5 credits. You never have to choose between API and MCP, or track two separate quotas — there is one balance to watch, and MCP is included in every tier, including Free.
Included with your license. Every active CoreBridge license includes Free-tier access automatically. The Free tier provides full access to all endpoints and MCP capabilities for development, testing, and evaluation. It is not intended for sustained production use; customers running active integrations will typically upgrade to a paid plan to accommodate real-world volumes.
Plans at a Glance
| Plan | Price / mo | Credits / mo | Rate Limit | API Keys | Uptime SLA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Included | 10,000 | 10 / min | 1 | Best effort |
| Starter | $99 | 100,000 | 60 / min | 1 | 99.5% |
| Professional | $299 | 500,000 | 200 / min | 10 | 99.9% |
| Business | $799 | 2,000,000 | 500 / min | 25 | 99.9% |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | 99.95%+ |
Feature access by tier: Free and Starter use API-key authentication. Professional adds OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and bulk operations; Business adds JWT, IP allowlisting, audit logs, and advanced analytics; Enterprise adds SSO/SAML and custom endpoints. Concurrent connection limits scale with tier — 2 (Free), 5 (Starter), 10 (Professional), 25 (Business), custom (Enterprise). All tiers include full endpoint and MCP coverage and API-key rotation; the Free tier operates in the production environment only, while paid tiers add a sandbox.
2. Usage Limits & Overage
You are responsible for monitoring your own usage against your plan's monthly credit allowance. The Free tier pauses at its included allowance until the next billing cycle or an upgrade; all paid tiers continue without interruption and bill overages as described below.
| Usage Level | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Included credits reached | Free: usage pauses until the next billing cycle or upgrade. Paid: usage continues uninterrupted and additional usage is billed as overage. |
| Sustained high overage | We'll reach out to help you move to a tier that fits your volume. |
Overage Pricing
Overage is metered per 1,000 credits (rounded up) and billed in arrears at the start of the following month. The Free tier has no overage — usage pauses at the cap.
| Plan | Included Credits / mo | Overage per 1,000 Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10,000 | Not available — usage pauses at cap |
| Starter | 100,000 | $1.00 |
| Professional | 500,000 | $0.75 |
| Business | 2,000,000 | $0.50 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
Resets & upgrades. Credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over. Upgrading mid-cycle takes effect immediately — new limits apply at once, any pause is lifted instantly, and the price difference is prorated for the remainder of the cycle.
Bandwidth
| Plan | Bandwidth / Day |
|---|---|
| Free | 100 MB |
| Starter | 5 GB |
| Professional | 15 GB |
| Business | 40 GB |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Fair-Use Throttling
To protect platform stability, CoreBridge may temporarily apply rate limits below published levels during periods of exceptionally high aggregate demand or system stress. Any such throttling will be applied as narrowly and briefly as practicable, and will not count toward SLA commitments in Section 4.
3. Support & Onboarding
| Plan | Support Channel | Target Response | Onboarding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Docs & knowledge base | Self-serve | Self-service guide |
| Starter | 1–2 business days | Self-service guide | |
| Professional | Email + chat | 1 business day | 2 guided hours |
| Business | Priority email + chat | 4-hour critical | 5 guided hours |
| Enterprise | Dedicated mgr + Slack/Teams | <1-hour critical | 10+ hours, tailored |
Priority definitions (paid tiers): P1 — Critical: API/MCP unavailable or data integrity at risk. P2 — High: major feature impaired with a workaround. P3 — Medium: minor issue or general question. P4 — Low: documentation question or feature request. Enterprise response times are defined in the customer's service agreement.
Additional onboarding hours: $250/hr (Starter, Professional), $200/hr (Business, Enterprise).
4. Service Level Agreement
Uptime commitments apply to paid tiers. The Free tier is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
| Tier | Uptime SLA | Max Monthly Downtime |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 99.5% | ~3.6 hours |
| Professional | 99.9% | ~43 minutes |
| Business | 99.9% | ~43 minutes |
| Enterprise | 99.95%+ | ~22 minutes |
Service Credits
If CoreBridge fails to meet the uptime commitment for a paid tier, the customer is eligible for service credits applied to the next billing cycle. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and do not exceed 50% of the monthly fee for the affected period.
| Uptime Achieved | Service Credit |
|---|---|
| Below SLA target but ≥ 99.0% | 10% of monthly fee |
| 95.0% – 99.0% | 25% of monthly fee |
| Below 95.0% | 50% of monthly fee |
