Welcome to CoreBridge! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoreBridge.net and any associated web or software applications operated by CoreBridge, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CoreBridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using CoreBridge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Use of CoreBridge
CoreBridge provides subscription-based software services that help businesses manage operations. You may use CoreBridge only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity occurring under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@corebridge.net. CoreBridge is not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription and Payments
CoreBridge is a paid service. Subscription fees are billed according to your agreement or selected plan. No Refund Policy: All payments made to CoreBridge are non-refundable, including subscription, setup, onboarding, or customization fees. We may, at our discretion, work with customers to resolve service concerns, but no refunds are provided. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to your account and data.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology associated with CoreBridge, including source code, designs, trademarks, text, and documentation, are the exclusive property of CoreBridge, Inc. or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services for your internal business purposes only. You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of CoreBridge.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Remove proprietary notices or branding.
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute access to the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CoreBridge to:
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content.
• Access or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to view.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of CoreBridge.
• Share login credentials or accounts between multiple users without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or compromise platform integrity.
6. Termination
You may stop using CoreBridge by contacting support@corebridge.net at least 30 days prior to your next renewal date. We may suspend or terminate your access if you: Violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your right to access CoreBridge will immediately cease. Data associated with your account may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of CoreBridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using CoreBridge, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
CoreBridge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You acknowledge that use of our platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: CoreBridge and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CoreBridge’s total cumulative liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid to CoreBridge in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreBridge, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
11. Service Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of CoreBridge from time to time to improve performance, security, or functionality. If we make material changes, we will notify users through our website or via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect updates in our services or legal requirements. When changes occur, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of CoreBridge after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
